Please enjoy the excellent flavor of our soup and its amazing combination with the noodles!

To make soup stock is to bring out the natural flavor of ingredients. Made with high-quality Konbu seaweed and dried flaked bonito, our soup stock is healthy and safe. We also make our own Kyoto-style noodles. We hope to be a restaurant that stays close to our customers.
