Iwai Seika has always been making handmade candies with a traditional recipe that uses an iron pot in Uji. Sweet candies with the authentic flavors of ingredients come from Iwai Seika’s long-accumulated experience as a candy parlor.
iwai is a Kyoto-style candy specialty shop in a cafe-like atmosphere. Please relax and enjoy Hannari, Hokkori, Eeoaji, Hiyashiame and various other sweets alongside the Ujigawa River and the main approach to Byodoin.
