Located in front of the main gate of Byodoin Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage site, this tea stand specializes in Uji tea. We offer a variety of Uji tea experiences, including matcha, sencha, and gyokuro, as well as a range of beverages such as sodas, lattes, and alcoholic drinks like liqueurs and beers. Enjoy authentic Uji tea prepared right before your eyes.
Our shop features both standing and seated areas, so feel free to stop by at your convenience. We also sell matcha-based baked goods, tea leaves, tea ceremony utensils, and other related items. We invite you to come and take a look!
