“Kunugi” is a cafe/restaurant in Uji, Kyoto. In front of our cafe is a 300 year-old oak tree. From inside the cafe, visitors can enjoy the view of the Ujigawa river that changes its face depending on the season.
Each dish and dessert is made carefully by hand. From the authentic Uji Matcha to other dishes, we focus on using the best ingredients that have the freshest texture and flavor.
Please enjoy “Matcha fondue (rice flour dumplings with special Matcha bean paste)” and “Matcha Awamochi” that can be tasted only at Kunugi.
