A specialty Japanese tea shop with both a café and a tea processing area, where you can enjoy freshly hand-rolled new tea at any time.
At Baisa Nakamura, we use small tea processing machines and frozen steamed tea leaves to prepare tea on-site. Our goal is to offer many people the chance to experience the mellow, refreshing aroma of freshly hand-rollaed tea. In our café space, each cup is carefully brewed in a teapot right before your eyes. We are a specialty Japanese tea shop where you can enjoy the journey of a single tea leaf becoming a cup of tea.
