Innovated in Uji, using all traditional methods, the unique approach of roasting first-grade matcha tea leaves creates “Roast Matcha”, a truly authentic blend.
Produced locally in Uji, from only “tencha” tea leaves of the first harvest. These leaves are delicately roasted in-house to create a truly unique aroma and flavor with light, medium, and dark variations like coffee favorites. The roasted tea leaves are then stone ground into very fine powders using traditional milling techniques. Matcha Roastery offers more than 30 kinds of Roast Matcha based beverages, desserts, and light meals. Enjoy this Roast Matcha, a modern take on a timeless Japanese classic.
