A Kyoto udon specialty restaurant where you can enjoy 'Uji matcha udon' made with carefully prepared dashi broth, along with perfectly rolled 'dashi-maki tamago' (Japanese omelet) made to order.

A Kyoto udon restaurant renowned for its meticulously crafted dashi. Featuring Kujo green onions and Kyoto duck, the udon noodles, made with special matcha, and all the ingredients embody the essence of Kyoto.

We offer a variety of toppings, including shrimp and other tempura, onsen eggs, and grated yam. Our menu also features impressive dishes like the large 'dashi-maki tamago' (Japanese omelet) and 'anago tempura' (saltwater eel tempura), which nearly overflow from the bowl.
