Our rice crackers are made exclusively with domestic rice, carefully crafted by skilled artisans to achieve a soft, fluffy texture that is widely praised.
In addition to our signature 'Negi Miso Senbei,' flavored with Kyoto's renowned Saikyo miso and aromatic Kujo and Fukaya leeks, we offer a variety of Kyoto and Uji specialty rice crackers, including those with white miso, shichimi (seven spices), and Uji matcha.
