Many of our curries have been featured on TV shows such as "Bananaman no Sekkaku Gourmet," "Kansai Joho Net Ten," and "Okazaki Taiiku Kyo no Kansatsu Nikki." The curry sauce is made from Hinohikari rice grown in Fushimi, Kyoto, and is cooked over an open flame with a relatively simple spice blend, carefully designed to complement the rice.
