At the gateway to Uji City, you can leisurely explore tourism information while enveloped in the aroma of tea.
The tourist information center is conveniently located just outside Keihan Electric Railway’s 'Uji Station' and includes amenities such as a nursing room. In addition to brochures about Uji's attractions, the center provides information on the tea region of Kyoto, including southern Kyoto and the Yamashiro area.
Near the entrance of the center and within Keihan Uji Station, you will find automatic foreign currency exchange machines that can operate in 10 languages and exchange 12 types of currencies. The center also houses the Uji Tourist Volunteer Guide Office. If you're visiting Uji, we invite you to stop by.
