We are a specialty shop exclusively dedicated to 'Kyogamo,' the highest-grade domestic duck meat. Enjoy dishes such as Kyogamo sukiyaki (shabu-shabu) featuring silky-textured Kyogamo loin, as well as loin steak, raw ham and prosciutto, tempura, and other creative dishes showcasing unique cuts only available from the producer.
Our volume-packed burgers made with Kyogamo meat, Kujo green onions, and Kyoto vegetables are also available for takeout. These burgers are crafted to enhance the tender, rich flavor of Kyogamo meat without the use of heavy sauces, providing a direct and luxurious taste experience unique to Kyoto.
