「地元の宇治で、安心・安全、本格的なイタリアンを」の想いから、野菜は契約農家の"上賀茂高橋農園さん"と"宇治小倉小山農園さん"の丹精込めて育てられたお野菜を使用。肉や魚は店主自ら現地まで赴き旬のものを厳選、ハム・ベーコンは自家製の無添加のものを使用し、素材の味を活かした料理をご用意しています。
オープンキッチンを前に、木の温もり溢れる落ち着いた雰囲気の店内で、コースやアラカルトメニューをお気軽にお楽しみください。
