Founded in 1973, we have maintained consistent quality and deliciousness every day by using traditional methods and carefully assessing the condition of the beans on a daily basis. In addition to Mashiba's handmade tofu and the 'aburaage' used in Manpukuji Temple's Fucha cuisine, we also offer seasonal 'matcha tofu' in the summer, as well as a variety of easy-to-prepare thick-fried tofu and deep-fried tofu that can be microwaved. Our "inaka-age" and "hirosu," made exclusively with domestically sourced soybeans, are products we take pride in and are unlike any other.
