Founded in 1976 in Kyoto, we’ve been delighting the local community with our delicious bread for over 45 years. We use only the finest ingredients and bake with care every day to ensure our customers leave with a smile.
Our signature item, the local Kyoto specialty "New Bird," features a sausage seasoned with curry, wrapped in curry-flavored dough, and deep-fried. This nostalgic treat has been loved by customers since we've been open. We offer a variety of breads and sandwiches to satisfy all tastes.
