We make our original special demi-glace sauce using a fond de veau made from veal bones, Japanese black beef tendon, and aromatic vegetables. Since our founding, we have continuously enhanced our demi-glace sauce, adding Madeira wine, fruits, and a Kyoto-inspired 'secret ingredient' to create a unique flavor profile.
Our hamburger steaks are made with Japanese black beef and Kagoshima pork, resulting in a juicy and tender texture. We aim to delight customers of all ages, from young children to the elderly, with our homemade hamburger steak stew. Please enjoy!
